They have to be kidding!
A $130 million ad campaign to "make Americans aware of this year's census"? With a few million of that going to sponsorship of a race car? How "aware" of the census program do we need to be?
So, every time Greg Biffle goes around the race track, we're supposed to be aware that somebody will knock on the door sometime next year and ask, "How many people live at this location"?..... along with a few other questions.
