From back when I was a boy, I've always been one that wanted to keep the boxes stuff I got came in. And I'm still that way today as a 51-year-old, too.
I've got old board games such as Monoply from back in the '70s, in good shape in the box.
Who on here remembers one of the first versions of video games called Pong? I've got it!!!
Who remembers those shiny aluminum Christmas trees? Back during the '70s my family had one, and I've still got it ... in its original box. The individual tree limbs had paper storage sleeves.
I guess maybe I'm kind of a pack-rat and keep things thinking, hmmmmmmmmm, I might need that one day. HA HA HA ... I've got shelves packed in my basement with stuff I've had for years and years and years.
One of my longtime neighbors, both husband and wife are antique collectors ... really they collect anything they see a value in. I had no clue until a year or so ago about people being interested in old lunchboxes. I've got the very first lunchbox from when I began 1st-grade. It's one of the rounded, metal, Bozo the Clown lunchboxes. Bill (my neighbor) showed me in one of these magazines, lunchboxes. I've also looked online (eBay) and seen my exact lunchbox on there, and it amazes me what they sell for.
