(LEXINGTON, KENTUCKY) – The hype and optimism building for the return of the newly formed ULTIMATE Battle of the Bluegrass Super Late Model Series is the buzz in Dirt Late Model Racing community everywhere. The ULTIMATE/FASTRAK Series phones, email and social media outlets are receiving great response from track promoters, sponsors, media and most of all the fans. We are excited to announce that we will have a Informational Track Meeting / Driver Rules Meeting for the ULTIMATE BoB Series and FASTRAK MOV - Blugrass set for Saturday February 6th 2016 at the Four Points Suites by Sheraton in Lexington, KY in the conference/ meeting room. These meetings we’re organized for the track promoters and drivers in the states of Kentucky, Indiana, Ohio and surrounding areas to get together and discuss any questions
Track Informational Meeting for promoters/owners Saturday February 6th:
ULTIMATE BoB – 10am-11am – FASTRAK 11:30am-12:30pm
Rules Meeting for Drivers and Teams Saturday February 6th:
ULTIMATE BoB – 2pm-3pm – FASTRAK – 3:30pm-5:30pm
The Four Points by Sheraton Lexington is conveniently located by the major interstates that intersect in the middle of the “Bluegrass State” I-75 and I-64 plus it’s just a short drive from the major airport also. We will be discussing rules, championship structures, and answer any questions you might have concerning the ULTIMATE BoB Super Late Models Series and/or FASTRAK crate late model series.
In regards to the rooms, we have set-up a courtesy block for attendees that will be open until January 29th 2016 as the reservations deadline. Any race teams, promoters or guests may call the front desk by calling (859)259-1311 for reservations and just use keyword “ULTIMATE” and get a special rate of $85.00 + Tax for a single or double. Normal rate for these rooms are averaged at $120.00 or more so we have put together a remarkable discount rate. We are looking forward to seeing you all there. **BE ADVISED IF THERE IS ANY SITUATION PERTAINING TO INCLEMENT WEATHER, WE’LL RESCHEDULE FOR THE BEST MAKE UP DATE FOR ALL PARTIES INVOLVED**
