I heard people are suing Nintendo cause they are getting hurt while playing the Wii. Guess these lazy kids who finally get some kind of work out get hurt mom and dad wanna sue the company.

People would sue GOD for the rain, snow, sleet and hail hitting them in the head and sunburn if they could find a lawyer stupid enough to file the case for them!!!

that's what i was thinking too WOOWOO, that's just how we as a society have gotten these days, and yes there is always a lawyer willing to take the case. At one time I was actually studying to become a lawyer, things like this is why I decided against it, just too corrupt, or corruptable I should say as a system in general.

Actually, a few months ago on Drudge, there was an article from somewhere in the midwest or west coast where a lawyer DID sue God. The judge, thankfully, threw it out :)

I got one better for ya. I work in the Department of Corrections and am being sued by a convict for violating his civil rights... How you ask... I had to use mace to stop him and another inmate from fighting... he says it was cruel and unusual punishment...I love this country

I got sued 6 times during my tenure with the VADOC 2 of those were shall we say major suits I'm right there with ya buddy!!!
