Yep... I decided to get a head start on this one. I have just come in from removing about an inch of snow from the patio, steps, walkway and upper part of our driveway.

This one was a cold dry "push broom" snow.  I didn't want to fire up the leaf blower at 11:00 p.m., so I used the big push broom to remove tonight's snow. This one was easy.....

OK... now, time for some hot chocolate.

Eh, I'm not too worried. It's not like I have a car at the moment, so what do I care? HAHA!

It put a nice slick coat of about 1/2 inch on the roads here last night and this morning.

I thought that I was getting ahead when I got out there at 11:00 p.m. last evening to sweep the snow off the patio, walks and upper part of our driveway.

HA HA   This morning you can't tell I was even out there...... So much for getting ahead.

Oh well..... time for "Tim the Tool Man" to fire up the leaf blower again.  Gotta get the snow cleared away, again, and then got places to go today..... deliveries to make..... things to get done...

Coming down at a good clip here again. It kind of shocked me until I read there was a winter advisory for the Smokies.

Hey.... I'm sure that some of our forum members and readers are like me, and still enjoy reading a good book. Before I head out for the day, I want to recommend a good one.... for those who like to read about American history.

The book is Cahokia, Ancient America's Great City on the Mississippi, by Timothy Pauketat.

Good read on a snowy evening....
