Anyone who is familiar with what happened here in our area of Southwest Virginia last week, with the string of broad daylight home invasions, property destruction and robberies by two jerks with records "a mile long", will know why I absolutely loved this news story from a Georgia newspaper.

I only wish that there had been a small detachment of Marines in this area collecting Toys for Tots last week.  You see, the issue is that the two guys who were arrested last week, per the public Virginia Court Records, had both been arrested numerous times previously over a span of several years for the same type offenses and it appears that every one ended in those deals where the court drops the worst charges, or combines into a lessor case, convicts on the least charge and they either got fined or just walked. Some of those previous charges are still "pending", having been continued several times.

We have some nice curbs up here, too.   LOL

This is a subtle reminder to always watch your step. It must have been a bit colder than usual in Augusta, Georgia. It sounds like there might've been a bit of ice on that dangerous curb. HAHA!

I'm sure the Marines were gentlemen enough to pick him up by his broken arms. WalMart has alot of parking lot traffic, sure couldn't just leave the guy laying there
