The only "NEW" Rule for the 2013 Season is the addition of a "Default 2012 Driver Selection" option that will be awarded as a sort of insurance in case a user forgets to post a selection for a race.

Sometimes we get a bit busy and forget to make a selection, so this is to help those who may forget to post a selection before an event begins. In short, I will use your pick from the 2012 Season for the event.
