... you've exhausted what I would've suggested :) Could there possibly be an issue with a proportioning valve? Or maybe it's an ABS thing... in which case... D'oh!! I hate computers on cars!!

The first thing you need to do is determine if it is one corner, one side, front/back, or all four that are locking up.
When you put the calipers on, what did the brake fluid look like (how dirty)?
Any signs of rust?

rubber lines front and the back. replace thim. the rubber lines in front going to the calipers. if thay are bad that will keep your braks from working .

He already replaced the lines, the master cylinder, and the calipers.
Which ones are dragging (front, rear, side, just one, which ones)?

if it is all wheels could be a booster problem... for some reason it is pushing the rod out of the front too far and not letting the pressure bleed down in the master cylinder

Gonna ask a "dumb question".
Did ya bleed the brakes after you done all the work?
Just wondering, hadn't mentioned it in the post.

You said above that you had put new lines on. Did you also replace the hydraulic hoses to each front caliper? Reason I ask.... I have a 1997 Chevy C1500, and had a similar problem with it a couple of years ago AFTER having new front brake pads and rear shoes put on at a local repair shop. They also turned the rotors. I didn't have the problem before the brake job.
I knew immediately what the problem with my truck was, and fixed it quickly. Have you noticed that a lot of mechanics will just sort of fold those lines back and "hang" the caliper out of the way when they remove the rotor(s)? That is a "no-no". And, from the way my left front brake was grabbing and not releasing quickly, I knew what they had done. Folding back, and/or hanging the brake caliper out of the way, using the hydraulic hose to hang it by, can very often "disturb the integrity" of the inner part of the hose...... it can put a kink or burr in it.... and what happens is that the brake fluid will flow into the caliper OK under braking pressure, BUT it can't flow back toward the resevoir fast enough because the flow is restricted. I put a new left front hydraulic hose on and the brakes were like new again.
That may or may not be your problem, but is something to consider.
